Drawing on the video and storing this drawing into the file 4. Sharing 5. Xbox controller support 6. Multi-display output 7. Customized UI If all of these are needed to be implemented (since you mentioned "exactly the same"), the quote would be what I specified in the bid. This includes a couple of weeks of free technical support afterwards. If it's just a simple video player that plays video files from a playlist, without the extra features, the quote is around 1500 usd and 3-4 days.
