Migrate Magento from Godaddy to Google Cloud

Hello, I'm running business and I'm currently hosting my website with Godaddy's shared server. Their shared platform sucks and doesn't respond very well most of the time, so I've just signed up for Google Cloud and installed Magento into the cloud using Bitnami App. Since I'm a student and novice in servers, Cloud hosting, SSH, Linux or whatever it is, I need help in migrating my website to Google Cloud. Though Magento is already existing on the server, I don't have any knowledge how should migrate the database and files. I'm just good with cPanel, but pretty clueless about other platforms. So whoever has good knowledge of SSH, Google Cloud hosting or AWS could bid on the project to help me out. I will also need some help in tweaking, but you won't have to do that at all (Like configuring databases or editing files) because I might need to do that in future so I will have to learn it. In cPanel it's well known that we have to open File Manager to edit files, but in Google Cloud I can't even imagine if I will be able to do that without guidance. So basically you have to do two things-
