Earn Money Shrinking URLs - Refer New Users

Hello, We have a URL Shrinking website - [login to view URL] We would like to get new users using our system. Our system allows users to insert a long URL, to convert it to a small URL - to easier share it, such as on twitter. When someone visits their 'small' URL, the owner of the URL is paid. As such, users are paid to use our system. We are looking for a freelancer to help draw more members, and get new signups.
