Not sure if they produce pharmaceuticals listed by you (maybe yes, if these are generics) but may check. Also do not know at the moment if some of these companies are authorised to sell their pharmaceuticals in Nigeria (if any of their products are registered by Nagerian authorities to be used in the country).
