I would begin the project by developing a clear go-to-market strategy and playbook for your app, which can be used to present to, and to send to potential leads. This would include market research, your product positioning, it's key benefits and a clear pricing structure. This is something I have several years' experience in developing for new startups and products, and I believe it is crucial when approaching a B2B audience. I would then develop a list of leads, analysing key insurance companies and individuals to approach. I can reach out to these individuals to convert into sales, if required.
