I have over five (5) years experience within the BPO industry. My areas of expertise includes handling contacts for major companies such as Amazon, AT&T and Digicel Jamaica. I have provided customer support in areas such as sales, retention and billings.
I have amassed about three (3) years experience providing clerical and administrative support. I have worked with large companies such as JPSCo. Here, I provided support to supervisors and three departmental head. Some of duties included:
- Managed filing data base and correspondenses
- Maintained the departments' inventory of first aid supplies, stationery and safety gears and assisted with budgetary control
- Completed the departments’ purchase requisitions and purchase orders; processed progress payment for third party contractors
- Other duties included photocopying, faxing, typing and answering incoming calls
