Risk/reward ratio is the most important point of this business. Because nobody can't prosper if he doesn't know how much market moves and where are will be change? a man can't profit if he don't know about risk/ profit ratio. as an example if I think EURO/USD =1.12754 and market will going up or raise and raise and I get a decision that I hit a BUY key and I set up 1 standard lot [ 1 standard lot=$10] . Then I see market going up and I get profit and I still waiting and think market also going up so I suddenly see that market will fall in and get a spike and as a result I lose $200. So we should be careful.
