Dear Sir/Madam, I've gone thoroughly over all the requirements mentioned in the attached document. You need a dashboard of 4 columns with the ability to add extra columns based on any formula you may later come up with. You have also mentioned that it should not be an EA, therefore I am thinking of a 24/7 hours running service for this matter. This project consists of a database and two main components: 1) Web-scrapper, 2) Web Panel (Dashboard). For the web-scrapper sub-system I am considering a module implemented in python that will be running constantly to grab all the data from mentioned websites. For the dashboard, I'd use Laravel framework (PHP based) to implement this. You will also need a database to store all the data for further analysis and reporting. There remains a question for me that is: Regarding ctrader data extraction, will you provide an API access to grab the data more easily or should it be done with web-scrapping techniques as well? Having all that said, I'm afraid your requirements goes beyond the budget that you have specified, of-course if you'd like to get a robust and well designed system delivered.
