Online accounting database program - FASE 3

I was creating an Access Database for an accounting program. But it should be on the NET. The data will be uploaded in one office and used in another. I have created the logic, but I don´t know any programming language for NET (I know VBA). And the SQL embedded in Access is too limited (I tried to update the input table in a consult with an SQL instruction. To select the same field in different origin tables which names were available in one table - something like define a variable to pick the name of the table, then from the selected table select the desired column). There is no need to have good graphics presentation. Just the input consults. And some output tables derived from the data. Different type of users with limited access to the funcionalities. And the archival of some PDF files for the inputs. The data will generate some records that cannot be deleted.
