We have a very specific and somewhat simple project to complete using Dynamics Portals. We are an IT firm but don't have Dynamics 365 Portals experience. We need a portals expert to teach us how to do this project as opposed to actually doing the project for us. We will pay a higher hourly rate if needed to find someone that can teach us or walk us through this project as opposed to someone simply completing it on our behalf.
