Hello, My name is Yordan and I work as a system administrator, my previous job was "Technical Support Expert" at a hosting company, so I am aware of the email infrastructure (IMAP/POP and Exchange), I have supported office 365 and I am aware of the portal, I will need email passwords, so I could export the existing information, at office 365 the emails will be created with a temporary password, right after accessing the email account, you will be asked for new password, also, so I could setup the emails and the shared mailbox, I will need either the Microsoft account password, or you can simply, create a new global admin user only for my needs.
