Hello Soren, I would like to propose a VBA powered solution. I think it could be a good choice for you because: - you can read the code by yourself (so you can make sure that code is not doing anything wrong in background such as stealing your contacts etc) - no installation is needed - easy to setup and very fast However, if you need it I could build .NET solution with decent setup application etc. Looking forward to hearing from you. Hi Soren, Hope you are doing well. Have tried to chech the update folder option? If you are not able to see mails than another best option is to reconfigure outlook. Thanks Parag
