I have tried to add shortcuts to the shortcut section on the left side of the Facebook home page by clicking on Edit and adding a facebook page URL, but for some reason, I cannot get it to work. I am willing to pay 25 dollars to anyone that can show me how to get it to work. We can do a team viewer and add the pages but it must work to get paid.

Honestly, This does not require money to achieve such work. Facebook only allows you to look after the pages you already administrate. So you just have to search for your page in the search bar and pin it using the select. If you still need help after that, I can help you anytime. Hope you will find a solution for this.
