Android App - Text on Photo

I would like to create an Android app that user can make glowing text on photo. I need Javascript expert. I will provide you with a prototype file made with 'Sketch' program. You can change colors, buttons, stickers, etc. by referring to the file. You must annotate the description of the purpose of each code. Please bid, only if you are 100% sure that you can do it. Absolutely no upfront payment, unless you show us a working demo for our approval. - Theme images from website It displays a list of images from free copyright site. The user selects a photo, crops it, and uses it as a background. In addition, the user can receive a list of photos from the site through keyword search. - Photo from user's gallery The user can use picture as a background from the gallery. - Crop image The grid is displayed according to the selected picture rate. The user can adjust the size of the picture by twisting. (Rotation is not possible) Rotation is possible with a slider. There is a button to rotate by 90 degrees. - Snap Grid When the user touches the completed text shortly, it switches to Edit Text. If the user is touching, the grid is displayed, and dragging is possible. When the user releases his finger, the grid disappears. When the center of the text touches the horizontal centerline of the grid, it turns red. The vertical center line is the same. When the text approaches a certain distance, it sticks to the line like a magnet. - Brightness of background The user can change the brightness of the background through the slider. - IAP We will provide fonts and stickers that are available for purchase. - Text effects alignment, size, rotate, line spacing, letter spacing, outer glow(color, size, spread), etc. - Sticker effects Outer glow(color, size, spread), size, rotate - Share to SNS Instagram, Facebook, etc.
