*I want it to "lock" the phone so no other apps can run. *Only one URL will be set ahead of time, and that will be the only url it will run. *No forward / backward buttons, no option for properties or copy or anything other then view, and click on links inside the url. *This app will not be posted on Google Store, it wll only be used as APK on my devices. *I want a version that works on small android phones and android tables. thanks

Hi, This is Satyam from India. By reading the description provided, you'd like to lock your phone to a particular website (most probably to be given to an employee.) The phone must only be able to access that website and nothing else. Right? If not, please initiate a chat to help me understand your needs carefully. Otherwise, I can assure you that such an app can be built very easily (One just needs to override back button and open a webView in the main activity.) and It will take maximum 1 hour.
