Dev platform: Android native, though we are open to other development tools like Ionic, Apache Flex, and so on.
We need to have an Android app that will invoke backend Web APIs and render the returned JSON to appropriate UI components.
Total # of screens: Less than 10
Total # of Web APIs: Less than 12
The screens are with sparsely populated UI components, with only a couple of screens having moderately dense UI components.
There will also be an XMPP component (library) that will receive notifications from the server. The app has to respond to these notifications by invoking the appropriate web APIs.
Please note that there is no setup required; all the infrastructure is in place. The developer only has to focus on the app's development.
Other than this, the system will also have tracking features. The app will receive notifications and will then invoke Web APIs with the requested geo-tracking info.
