Hello Sir I checked two Handhled devices for windows you mentioned. 1. Rugged Windows barcode handheld scanner with 3g wifi bluetooth RFID GPS camera printer 2. Honeywell Dolphin 60s Above 2 devices have already barcode scanner, but i think we can't customize the applications easily. So i suggest Android device, then we can make our own application in it.
