what the app will do is that it will capture details of all Board members/Directors (name, designation, photo, fingerprint), it will then set the quorum threshold in the system. So on the day of the meeting, instead of signing an attendance register and then counting if there is a quorum or not, members will go to the secretary as they come into the venue of the meeting, sign in with their finger print which will pull up his/her details and is validated. If a person who is not a Board member tries to sign in, the system will kick him/her out. If the meeting is set to start at 09h00, that will be programmed to the system and at 09h00 the system will tell you if you have a quorum so you can start your meeting or that you are short of so many people to make a quorum. This app can be operated in an instrument like an ipad or smaller.
