Build an app which can block ads

This app named AdBlock can block ads from Safari or other apps in one's device. How could it be possible? - Use VPN. We know iPhone can use VPN and you can manage it by yourself. We know, in order to make ads show up, all apps should require ads when an app opened. So the AdBlock's job is: First, it builds a VPN in your device. Second, it combines the VPN with all advertising providers' domains. Then, it sets the VPN that would work automatically if any ad url is visiting. Finally, it sets the VPN return null. So the whole process is like this: you open an app → the app requires an ad url → the VPN notices that an ad url is visiting → VPN starts to work and returns null → the app can't get anything from the VPN so the ads fail to show up. That's it. You may need this while you are building the app: check "Demand Rules" part in [login to view URL] I've explained how the AdBlock works and gave you documents you may need. So make a familiar one. You don't need to make any design or UI resource for this app by yourself. I've made them all and I'll provide you with them. All you need to do is to clone it perfectly.
