I am working on an Access Identification system. This system works with NFC and QR Code readers. A requirement that has surfaced recently is of using Bluetooth to recognize the Users and grant access. This needs to work with an industrial Bluetooth reader.

I need an Android App with this functionality to transmit a Bluetooth signal which identifies me and this signal should be read by the Bluetooth reader present on the other end, and this data should come out on a read-able protocol - pref TCP/IP or Serial.
