Our aim is to develop an ‘organiser app’. Scheduling the typical building process.
The main app would be a ‘Notepad’ of sorts with a checklist of tasks needing to be done, this then linking to a daily ‘to do list’ with alarms and notifications which can be selected is from the Notepad. Tasks should be able to be ticked off, moved forward or be delayed and set in priority on be displayed on a dashboard of the tablet.
The app would need to be compatible with other company software and be able to work on both IOS and android systems

I would like the app to be able to be worked and and things added in later when i want to improve it further
so i will get a basic app now and then as i think of ways to improve it be able to get it outsourced to get updates
well right now we using Ipads, but later we would like the rest of the staff to use it so also android but for now Ipads only
App needs to have 3 main sections
Main one Run Sheet visible from dashboard lockscreen
1st Run sheet – to do list with tick boxes, options to change dates, add notes.
2nd Notes linked to run sheet with information about each task on run sheet.
3rd Calendar linked to Run sheet with dates of each task viewable on app calendar and be able to link to apple calendar
4th Building process a list of editable boxes names with notes so that we can put links of suppliers email addresses phone numbers for easy access
Must work on Ipads and Iphones and android if possible.
I would like to be able to have job numbers with different To do lists saved to each job eg Job 1,2,3,4 with each one at their own stages. So i need to be able to save each to do list
