Create Android App for Tracking Cashing and Expenses

Hi, I'm looking for an experienced app programmer for creating an easy app for accounting expenses and cashing. The development will take place in different stages. In the first one, a very simple app will be created with the following features (please see attached PDF): 1. login with google account. After that, the app will prompt if the user wants to create a new company or wants to request access to an existing one. In the second case, the company ID shall be provided, and the company administrator shall grant access permission 2. a very easy page to input cashing, with date, amount, member name and type [all types of cashing will be defined in page 8 - settings] [members name will be defined in page 4 - members]. In this page 2 operations are available: input cashing and save; search for previous cashing and edit them 3. a similar page to track expenses, with date, amount and type [all types of expenses will be defined on page 8 - settings]. In this page 2 operations are available: input expenses and save; search for the previous expense and edit them 4. Members page to input new members data. [all members data will be defined on page 8 - settings] 5. Record list selection by current month, previous month, current year and the previous year or custom range. 6. This tab provides a detail of all records, selected on page 5. Records are divided per month. At the end of each month, 4 information is displayed: previous period report, total cashing, total expenses, the final result (this last information is the "previous period report" for the following month). VERY IMPORTANT: this information shall be exported to google sheet 7. With a similar selection system as displayed in page 5, this page (7) displays a yearly report, indicating all cashing and expenses voices defined in settings with a total of cashing, a total of expenses and a final result. VERY IMPORTANT: this information shall be exported to google sheet 8. settings page lets administrator edit financial record types (expenses and cashing), members requested data, get company ID, invite users or administrator and grant access to any received request.
