Create me a phone app that my staff can log in to!

Anyway, let's come to the point Specifications: 2 types of user will play their role: ■Master Users/Hosts: - Once only login feature like Staff member, then all the time the app will launches to Home screen. Pls confirm - Home screen will have the 2 buttons to navigate two different list of pages, 1. Staffs(List) Click on each Staff’s names to navigate a screen, where will be shown relevant item/items that staff member has in his/her possession A Plus(+) button on Staff details page to fetch the list of all available items, click on each items to assign item to that particular staff member 2. Items(List) Click on each item’s names to navigate a screen, where will be shown the person/persons name that currently has the item in their possession A Plus(+) button on Item details screen to fetch the list of all available staffs, click on each staffs to assign the item to that selected staff member -A Search bar to find items or hosts - ok. ■Sub Users/Staffs: - Is there any verification process will be needed from host side to be consistent with staff side while they click on “return item home” button? Pls confirm. Queries: -Can host and staff both will able to clicks on “All items currently out” button to show all equipment/kits/costumes and party hosts’ names? -History of item possession is viewable - Only already assigned item/items will be shown from this ? and what else need to be shown with those items as a history? Pls suggest.
