Design an App or Software for my personal Social Networks

Need an app or soft which one could like automatically content of a referential tag-list or user, and an api for send a massive message to all my followers. Social Networks Twitter Instagram Soundcloud Facebook 3 functions Function #1 Likes Examples: Case #1 Michael Jordan Post a picture on intagram. Software will have to like the content of the list on likes of Michael Jordan's post by 3 ways ( Last picture, Random pic, or both) Case #2 Hastags The software will have to had a par where I could could place a list of referential hashtags and like the pictures of user that use that hashtags by 3 ways ( Last picture, Random pic, or both). Specs For both case they software will have to had a optional limiter to protect of softband, talking about don't like more of 2000 pics for example and a intervale of time for example this caracters have to be optionals. Also for the first case will have to had the option to like the "like list" of multiple accounts at same time. Software need to have cache to don't like twice time a post (or interact two time with the same user). This cache could be erased by me anytime I want. Every social network api have to had a place to put a list of hashtag's. Basically an auto-liker. Function #2 Message Send a message to the entire followers that I have, this message will be write it be me. For this bot function you must consider 3 aspects, a command to that automatically write the name of user, Social Network of user come from, Topic of the user as (Artist, Record Label, Company, Etc). Basically an auto-message less for facebook Function #3 Post same thing on each social network with the specific list of referral hastag of it.
