Conducting financial analysis for drone (UAV) for the restaurant/food industry with application for Farm-to-Table delivering produce from farm, ranch, fishery. For food delivery services for restaurant to residence.

We are conducting cost analysis be aligning resources who offer futuristic capabilities, service solutions and cost for solutions. This product will be an upgrade solution on the restaurant Software-as-a-Solution (SaaS) on the Delivery Dispatch GPS (mobile app).

We would like to identify the most cost effective path long term to compete against UberEats, DoorDash, GrubHub. We want to differentiate with Farm-to-Table logistics and provide a comprehensive solution with hardware, software, maintenance, ect.

The reason we are trying to hire a contractor is to find a cost effective work around solution while we use existing companies for hardware and software solutions. Essentially, need to identify if you could re-create and advance an existing technology solution to save us from third party cost? Or, to advance Food Delivery solutions?
