Floating Logo Android Application

I need an android application that floats the image or logo on top of any other application. It will serve as a watermark logo for my videos. This logo is not clickable but the interaction running on the screen are all clickable. The logo can only be edited and closed inside its application. I am recording lots of videos on my android phone and I don't have much time to add watermark to each video. So I need this app to be done as soon as possible.
