We would like to do similar system like www . zoiper . com Zoiper is a phone solution perfectly fit for end users, service providers, call centers or any business willing to benefit from VoIP communications. Zoiper softphone is a standalone client-side software VOIP phone application and is not bundled together with a voip service. To make and receive voip calls using Zoiper, you must subscribe to any SIP or IAX based service provider across the globe. But for our amendment, do fix the system to our SIP service provider that I will provide you. I have developed / customised sip client before with many features mostly included as you want. it's Linphone app.. its support iOS/Android . It work with any sip server like asterisk, freeswitch, opensips and many others. it's is also secure to use due to in build security added. I just give you place holder cost. I can make your app at $1000 or less.
