I am Mafujul, an Android App developer with more then 4 years of experience. I have seen your job post and understood your requirements. Actually this is the google's rules violation. We can force user to turn it always on. We can track the user whenever he turns it off. When user turns it off then we can force him to turn it on. We can force repeatedly until it is on. Hi, Yes this can be done in another way. The GPS of mobile device will be continuously fetching the lat-longs. Thanks
