I need monaca expert.

I need to fix app bug which is developed using monaca. The issues are followings: AQUOS SH-M05 Android 7.1.2 1: When you open the app, the alert hop-up is displayed. Later, nothing is displayed on the home screen and it is pure white. The content of the hop-up is "Failed to load screen setting information." 2: No new information is displayed. No error hop-up is displayed. 3: When the function list> user information is opened, the hop-up of the error sentence similar to 1: is displayed. The same error hop-up is also displayed twice on the “Situation, desired subject, place of residence” page from the user information. And the contents cannot be saved. (ios can register information, android cannot) I am using nifty mobile backend for push-notification. Thank you.
