Qasar VUE wireframe

It's a wireframe app - with no functionality or algorithms. (at this stage) 1. UI: You MUST have VUE-Quasar experience. Experience means you developed at least one multi page app with it. 2. You MUST have experience using css at a medium level. NOT FIRST TIME. 3. You MUST have experience with VUE components (.vue files). 4. You MUST have experience with VUEX. If any of these are lacking PLEASE DO NOT BID. 5. Good to have: Cordova experience. 6. Good to have: Experience developing apps with Aria for disabilities 7. Databse: You MUST know pouchdb or another nosql db that works well with mobile. 8. You must know git and github. Otherwise don't bid. 9. You must finish it all within at most 7 calendar days. 10.
