Responsive web form attached to database and excel for internal business use

Retail store - Need an intuitive web form for numerical business entries that goes into the database and at same instance auto calculates the entries to give the totals of daily sales, weekly sales and other important information etc displayed on web form and then all transferred into excel sheet. in a nutshell below is happening 1. enter daily sales figures and customer count from each register/POS - Cash and Card 2. Auto calculate total sales including shorts, variances and other costs 3. Calculate average basket size for the day (from total sales divide by number of customers) 4. Calculate compounding daily sales into weekly sales 5. View all these auto calculations while data entry is being done 6. Auto Transfer all these into user friendly excel format for accounting and record keeping
