Senior UX/UI Designer

- Senior UX/UI designer for a running project with an automotive client - Start of the collaboration ion the 12th of August (we have a few days of flexibility) to start the onboarding and support design stream - Duration 4 Months with possible extension - It is a Full-time project, it would require 5 days a week of involvement. The primary work location is Munich Futurice office. - The scope of the collaboration is to join the Futurice design team and support the design of a mobile app that allows the user to connect and communicate with their car remotely. iOS and Android environment. - The team is young and international. We are currently having 9 people on the project. The group is working together daily, normally designers are collaborating in smaller groups of 2/3 people, each group is taking care of one topic and design UX/UI solutions for defined problems or features. - We are working in design sprints of 2 weeks, we agree in advance during the sprint planning on the stories/features to design. We have regular reviews with the POs and design leads from the client-side. Designers are in charge of the communication with the clients and for the UX/UI design of the features. - The type of work is various. We maintain and design new features for the existing app, in parallel we design new UX/UI solutions for the app re-design that will be released in the future. - We are proceeding sequentially and we are designing features in series with the final goal of building the overall product. Sometimes the work is more conceptual and requires the creation of customer journey and flows to find solutions for specific user needs, in other cases the design work consists of redesign existing features. - We regularly (every 2 months) run user test sessions here in Munich and we create prototypes with Flinto (optional).
