Simple logger for Android

I have a temperature sensor that is connected to any android device as keyboard device. Each second it types current value of temperature with newline symbol at the end:

I need to save this value in more human readable format like graph with auto zoom and scroll with finger.
When project is finished I need the sources with explanation (I know Java so it mustn't be problem)
