Smart Phone application for Sell and Buy items.

The interface should be like Instagram.. The user can post images of the Product/Service and write description, price, way of delivery..

The payment can be ether by (cash on delivery) or by (payment gateway).

The buyer can determine his/her location for delivery.

Buyer and Seller can chat and send images/videos between each other.

The apps should work for iphone and Android.

The bidding price should be final (not to reserve the project).

The bidders should send me a brief of there understanding and all project requirement .
