Unity Game Developer for Sniper Shooter Game for mobile

We needs unity 3d game developer and designer to make AAA type mobile game. We need only experience(> 3 year) and well qualified game developer. -Initial training / user guide to play the game. -Mission(task) wise incremented difficulty. -realistic explosive system. -smooth and realistic controlling -best HD 3d Graphics -lite weight in size -reasonable FPS -Game would look realistic rather than cartoony. 3D snipershooter game in unity -Story and task based game -Movable player using joystick -20 levels -Different movable enemies -Humans -vehicle,tank -helicopter,drone -3D ruined, fectory, fort environment -On mission robotic sounds -Upgrade graneds system like pistol, bomb, laser, gun-machine etc. Note : We will not compromise in Quality and performance of game.
