VEHICLE LOAN AUTOMQTION

Hi. I would like to develop an application which will start with searching all brands as well as all models of car available in the mqrket with prices. If a person selects a car the app will take the person to a virtual space where the person can visualise the car in 360 degrees angle. Look inside the car and get the virtual feel of driving the car in a virtual road. The app will have all the sound of the car from starting the engine to running of the car. Vr headset compatible. Now after zeroing down on the car the customer can select the available colours of the car model and choose the colour too. After selecting the car and the model as well as the colour of the car, the customer will feed all the details of the customer with identity cards and address proof as well as income statements and bank statements with which the cibil records will be checked and the rate of interest will be decided as well as the repayment schedule. Then after the EMI is decided customer will have wi be shown the Margin money the customer has to contribute as well as the loan amount. Customer can pay the money his contribution online. The loan details will go to the respective bank and branch selected by the customer . The bank will approve the loan and send the documents on the application for signing and the customer will sign it online and send back the signed documents to the bank. This is a gist of the application and details i want the application to be developed. I want to know the exact way and the path from designing till the completion all technical knowhow as well as the stages how u will proceed with the project.
