WeTube - free share and download music

‏I want an android app to download youtube videos. I would like it designed and built. I need this app have the feature to create an account with user name and password. This account to save the videos and history of the user. The account will be linked and synchrounize with our website. This is to ensure if the application is disabled or removed , the user could access his account through our website. We want four pages, first page includes advertisement 9 banners, second page for searching the videos and download it from youtube and it has one banner. The third page will shows the most frequent downloaded videos on the application by the application users and the fourth will include the user’s downloaded videos and it has one banner. ‏I want my application to be designed similar to sound cloud app. ( I don’t have a website or design or server )
