Customer feedback application for a company. REQUIREMENTS [login to view URL] download to android and iphone [login to view URL] for customer to communicate their experience [login to view URL] down listing the company's service channels (which can be updated by company at backend without programming. Simple GUI for this purpose is required) [login to view URL] questions from the back-end. Customer online is presented with the latest version of app with latest question type. [login to view URL] types that can be uploaded from the back-end are: - customer is presented with one question (provided with text box for response) - multiple choice question (customer is permitted to choose one answer) - multiple choice question (customer is permitted to multiple answers from list) - Drop down list (customer selects one answer) - Ranking (customers rank answers in terms of preference) - Scale from 1 to 5 (customers select response from 1-5) - Image upload (customer upload an image from their device) [login to view URL] clear reports (including uploaded images) that can be downloaded in multiple formats (MS Word; text; PDF) [login to view URL] linkable with external CRM to feed reports to the CRM system OTHER REQUIREMENTS A. Full system documentation for the app including programming languages used, database types and versions, data dictionary, security settings, maintenance requirements and skills B. Source code C. The company can consistently: 1. Edit available service channels (requirement '3' above) for the customer to choose from 2. Edit the question types (requirements '4'and '5' above) 3. Customer with old version of app is updated to latest app once online efficiently with minimum use of resources *Expert recommendations on the type of hosting the app requires in order to consistently update to users efficiently have high availability.

We have gone through the requirement and we understand that it will be a feedback provider app which can be used by the users to answer the questions which are maintained from the admin section. We can provide you an admin section from where you can manage point 3 and 4. With respect to point 5 we can not make this dynamic, because we have to change the code in the APP itself. But we will suggest you to proceed with the current question type and once this is released we you can ask us to add another question type of which we can create another version of the APP but that will be done in the next Phase. Also I see there is a point in which we need to link the APP to the external system, for this we can create the Web services for the external CRM and they can used it to call the data.
