We need a developer who can develop an app from scratch for Iphone & Android. Please read the stages and quote for a complete working app. This is a staged brief of our requirements and expectations from the app. The app is basically a Camera based application. Once activated; a user will be requested to enter their details or the details of the person being photographed. The user will then be shown instructions on how to take a specific photo. · The app will be required to amend Camera setting to optimize for this type of photo · A silhouette will then appear on the screen of the phone ( Camera active) acting as a guide for taking a photo ( silhouettes will change based on the type and model of the smartphone). After a photo was taken and confirmed, it will be automatically sent to a designated Email together with the entered details. We consider the Camera control element of the app as the highlight of the app therefore we wish it to be the FIRST STAGE of the development. 2nd stage of app development will be a fully functional app, bug free and ready to apply to Google Shop and Apple Shop. 3rd stage of app development will be Registration with Google and Apple shops 4th stage is support and error repair for a period of 6 months.
