movie viewing script like joox

Hi, basically i need a clone of [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] script that would extract movies from google videos and from other sites and list them on my site, where people can watch it. script would also need to extract info like dvd image, title, description and rating from [login to view URL] a simple admin panel where i can first approve movies before they appear on the website, and edit/delete title/description and other info about the movie, since i dont want it to just be a site full of broken links. looking forward to your bids. future work is guaranteed. please note i selected max budget of $250, but i can go higher, i just need to know what im paying for so if you increase the bid please tell me why, and what steps you are going to take to make this project complete. all kinds of suggestions and ideas are welcomed too.
