Dear Adnan,
As discussed, please see below the project specifics for our wedding playlists. I’ve tried to be as thorough as possible, but please don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any questions / comments.
--Requesting 3 playlists of ~100 songs each. The list of songs will be provided. Feel free to arrange the songs in any order that you believe works best for the playlists
-The playlists are of different genres, though if you think a song is well-suited to more than 1 playlist, feel free to use it on different playlists
-If a song doesn’t “fit”, please don’t feel obliged to use it
-Please let me know if there are additional songs that you think would fit well into the playlist
-Also feel free to mashup songs wherever you see fit
--We would like most songs to be between 2:00 and 2:30 (shorter than the typical song length, however feel free to use your judgement to adjust song length as needed). The length of the event (and each playlist) is 4 hours
--Our request is that the transition between songs be as seamless as possible (this may be obvious, but I figured it was worth restating)
--Feel free to use background tracks, sound effects, etc. to facilitate the transition between songs
I think the easiest approach would be to each playlist be a milestone, but I’m open to other alternatives, let me know if you have a different approach
--I’d like to end all the playlists with the same 2-3 songs (i.e. a few “wind down” songs)
As discussed, I’ll leave it to you to locate the song files
--Is there a completion date that works for you?
