What do you mean under term "ARM programmer". ARM ecosystem have a good set of toolchains(GCC, CLang and from chip vendors), so can you be more specific?

5+ years industry Experience on Cortex M0 and Cortex M4 ARM controllers from ST Microelectronics, Freescale(NXP) Kinetis Series and LPC series. Drivers and Peripheral interfacing code available for each of these controllers. Also have demo boards for kinetis and STM32 Cortex M4 available. Looking for long term association.
