Hello, You could use NXP Library for this purpose. It is wrapped as SmartCard API, so you don't need to worry about card specifications, and or PC/SC 2.01 part 3 documentation. Then you will just use this API for retrieving the tag code or updating your card pro grammatically using apps I will perform for you.
