Edgerouter config

I'm netadmin and have worked with EdgeRouterX/VyOS/Ubiquiti devices. I understand the requirement is to bring down PPPoE WAN connection once a peer IP becomes unreachable. This is usually the case when ISP Gateway is up but the onwards network goes down so config should bring down the PPPoE. Maybe you also have dual/multi WAN env. Nevertheless Its possible and I would configure and make it work as per requirements. I'm new to the freelancer.com but have profiles on other platforms.. I will need remote access (anydesk works good).
