Mikrotik VPN server and client configuration

Mikrotik VPN Specs: One mikrotik hAP lite (rb941-2nd) as vpn server. Will be connected in my local network with access to internet. Public IP will be dynamic. Will need to use a free dynamic dns service provider. Multiples mikrotik hAP lite (rb941-2nd) as vpn clients in remote locations. Each one will be connected in a local network with access to internet. Public IP will be dynamic. Idea is that any device (computer or mobile) can connect in a secure way to remote network via vpn. Devices at remote lans are vpn clients in order to guarantee access independently of the remote location router configuration and/or firewall. Firewall blocking outgoing vpn ports will not be considered. There also should be a monitoring daemon with graphic interface watching client status. When any equipment goes down or up an email should be sent. Could run on the same mikrotik vpn server or in a shared web hosting (bluehost). We request documentation explaining how to configure both mikrotik server and mikrotik client as well as how to be able to add more clients as needed.
