Need help to setup a react Application on kubernetes with detailed steps

Hi,
i have a web application build on react which as 3 services running , webapp, api and urm.
i need to deploy this application on latest EKS cluster
i need following steps:
1) how to setup nginx ingresss controller
2) how to setup the load balancer to the nginx controller so that the app url can point to the ingress
3) i have an existing helm package i want it to be able to route based on the request using ingress.yaml.

Path is/api/*OR/models/*OR/models it should route to api service
Path is/chOauth2TokenService/*OR/urm/*OR/urmAPI/* then it should route to urm service
Path is / then to port 80
