Swoopo clone needed

We need live auction site like swoopo.com. We need all functionalities the same but with Multi-language capabilities (both in frontend and backend also). We want to be able to change all the texts manually to a selected language both in admin and frontend users should be able to select language also! Design should be similar, but not enough to infringe too heavily on existing design. Please go through that site and check each and every functionality. The site should be scalable to handle heavy international traffic like swoopo. I have some SMALL changes I would like to make but can discuss them in PM (I don’t want to release to potential competitors). Other than that, that is it. Experienced providers with a high number of positive customer ratings will be given priority. We’re looking for a team of developers, not an individual, so please do not bid if you are individual developer. This is open for 15 days, but we are ready to make a decision, and move fast. The site would need customization to match our name and colors with SMS, Extra Charge Phone Call Service, Bank transfer, Credit card/PayPal/Google checkout integration. ONLY bid if you can show examples of scripts that you currently have available. Please do not bother if you have no existing examples of the script. Additional requirements -every new sign up receives 1or more (admin selectable) free bids -system automatically checks to ensure no duplicate sign ups -each bid will raise auction price by $0.01 or more (admin selectable for each item) -each bid will extend auction 0:10 seconds or more (admin selectable for each item) - ability to do fixed cost/free bid/free item, etc variations (as in swoopo) -admin page must be user friendly: -auction should be automatically posted once admin uploads photo and description, sets fixed auction price, sets max auction end date -admin allowed to give out free bids to members -admin sees who wins auction -admin sees which winners have and have not paid for items -admin can set number of active auctions -admin must have accounting functions as swoopo has -admin must have gateway integration (PayPal and Google Checkout are a must) -an area at the bottom of every page to integrate Google ads -admin must have payment gate -possible logo creation - an exact copy of the "Bidbutler" function - some type of referral system that gives the sponsor some type of free bid credits based on the amount of credits purchases by his/her referrals The features should offer the same functions as the original site. The script must be: - template driven, control of the website layout and templates - everything must be in multiple currencies - full administration area - full control over the website settings and features, - full featured billing and reports - payment gateways: PayPal, SMS, Telephone Call Charge, Google. (Expansion capability for other systems can be installed later for additional fee) - users administration area and billing - ability to control every aspect of the website, settings, users, auctions, bids and billing. - Extra function: - if we decide at certain items, we want to have the possibility to be able to tell the system to do automaical bids "make some autobids" until the previously set min. limit is reached.
