analyzing VST analysis in short time for PMMA polymer

Dears, As one of the Petrochemical industries, we are analyzing Vicat Softening Temperature (VST) analysis in two days for Poly Methyl Methacrylate polymer (PMMA) and we are willing to reduce the time of the analysis if performed by other industries labs. Analysis Length Time Description, The lengthy time of Vicat Softening Temperature (VST) analysis is from the conditioning and annealing of the test specimen which required 24 hrs for conditioning and 16 hrs for annealing. The analysis time itself is only take 3 hrs and 2 hrs for sample preparation. This conditioning and annealing requirement is addressed in both reference methods for this test ISO-306 and ASTM D1525. This is due to Poly Methyl PMMA is a sensitive material that its polymer structure affect by molding condition and the affect is minimized by annealing the test specimens before test. We would like to know if there is PMMA manufacturers perform the analysis in shorter time or there is a way to reduce the time effectively.
