I need someone who can fix my auction website and give it more look

Hi, I need someone who can fix my PHP auction website, [login to view URL] and give it more look. The auction is currently centered and I want it to go from left to right. I also need additional features and more look in the user area. Some of the features include, a counter on all the auctions, and a countdown until the auction is over. Similar to how [login to view URL] is. I will also need a few banners, and images made. I need someone who knows they can give this auction more of a professional touch. They must also be willing to work for about $15 an hour. If you have a day that you can just sit with me until everything is perfect that would be great.
