Drupal 7 Project

Here is the work I would like a quote for…

* Upgrade my Drupal 5.7 site and current modules to the latest Drupal v7.x

* Migrate the Simple Machine Forums threads to Advanced Forums [url removed, login to view]

* Install / Integrate the Disqus module [url removed, login to view]

--- I am wondering if the Disqus module would work with Drupal Advanced Forums? If not then I need other options.

* Install / Integrate Drupal Chat [url removed, login to view]

* I have a new website design in PSD form. Integrate this design into my site

* Since my Drupal site was built the Path module allowed me to easily customize my URLs for all my blog posts to: [url removed, login to view] Now when I select [url removed, login to view] Drupal automatically adds something to the end, [url removed, login to view] I need this fixed so the URLs are clean again.

* I need an Ads module installed that will allow me to place Google Adsense or similar advertisements within Drupal Forum and Blog content. I am not sure what would work best, I need a recommendation
